01Information We Collect

To provide your bespoke wedding planning experience, we collect specific parameters provided directly by you during onboarding and subsequent interactions:

  • Profile Details: Names, email addresses, and account credentials.
  • Wedding Coordinates: Target dates, cities, guest counts, and budgetary limits.
  • Wedpilot Inputs: Budget logs, guest lists, caterer menu options, and timeline entries.
  • Design Preferences: Theme requests, style selections, and custom instructions sent to Wedpilot’s AI.

02AI Integrity & Discretion

How we process AI queries securely:

Wedpilot utilizes secure artificial intelligence models (such as Gemini and Azure AI) to render themes, budget drafts, and schedule suggestions. These queries are processed **transiently**.

We implement strict **Data Minimization** protocols before queries are evaluated. None of your sensitive credentials, financial accounts, or full PII are shared with third-party model providers, and **your wedding metrics are never used to train base foundational AI models**.

Wedpilot uses cookies to retain essential state across your planning session, including Supabase authentication states and preferred budget currencies.

We strictly limit the use of tracking cookies. Any analytical cookies used are partitioned and decoupled from your personal identity. You can review your consent settings or modify cookie behavior at any time on our dedicated Cookie Policy page.

04Disclosing & Sharing Data

**Wedpilot does not sell, lease, or license your wedding data to third-party advertisers.** Your details are shared strictly in the following scenarios:

  • Infrastructure Providers: Secure database storage (Supabase) and authentication routing.
  • AI Orchestration: Compliant AI APIs for prompt evaluation, governed by strict confidentiality.
  • Direct User Actions: When you explicitly share or export your timeline, budget list, or catering details with vendors or family.

05Your Rights & Erasure

Under modern standards (including GDPR and CCPA), you hold absolute rights over your metrics:

  • Right to Access: You can download or view all variables we store relative to your wedding.
  • Right to Rectify: Update budget estimates, guest list entries, or profiles directly in the dashboard.
  • Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can completely erase your profile, budget, timeline, and AI configurations at any time. When you select deletion, we remove all records immediately and call `Clear-Site-Data` within your browser.
