01Access & Permitted Use
Wedpilot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for the purpose of planning, designing, and orchestrating your personal wedding celebration or the celebration of a direct client (if you are a professional planner).
You agree not to scrape, copy, or exploit the underlying software, layout designs, CSS assets, or AI prompting infrastructure for commercial resale, competitive analysis, or automated harvesting.
02AI Blueprint Disclaimer
Nature of AI Recommendations:
Wedpilot provides suggestions for vendors, catering menus, timelines, budget allocations, and visual motifs utilizing advanced machine learning models.
**These suggestions are planning recommendations only.** Wedpilot does not guarantee the availability, pricing, licensing, or safety of any recommended physical vendors, venues, or external catering services. You are solely responsible for verifying contracts, vendor credentials, and physically inspecting locations before committing deposits.
03Account Security & Inputs
When creating an account through our Supabase integration, you agree to supply authentic, accurate coordinates. You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your wedding timeline and budget configurations.
You retain full ownership of all details, guest counts, and design preferences you input. You grant Wedpilot the minimal necessary license to host, parse, and transmit these details to supply the requested AI recommendations.
04Premium Upgrades & Subscriptions
Certain advanced capabilities (such as extended AI budget analysis, live day-of logistics sync, and priority orchestration) require a premium purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All premium payments are fully detailed before checkout. Unless specified by local law, premium purchases are non-refundable once the advanced AI features have been initialized and loaded for your wedding workspace.
05Limitation of Liability
**Wedpilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.** Planning a wedding is subject to real-world variables, weather conditions, and vendor defaults.
Under no circumstances shall Wedpilot, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor cancellations, event delays, inaccurate budget estimates, or the outcome of your wedding celebration.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of your jurisdiction. Any dispute arising relative to these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith arbitration with our support desk.
